-Learned the background of all the products and how they are used and made as this gave me listening skills as I had to listen to the engineers and manufactures as how they are made and how they work for their certain role; as long as how the machine works just in case if a client wonders how the machine makes it. I know more about the material and how it is made so when clients ask I have a good resourceful answer to give rather than having to go ask. As a result sales goes up as they understand better how things are done and the knowledge that gave them persuaded them. -Filed and copied paperwork and Applications as it gathered organizational skills by putting the papers in the right order and putting them in the right file so it will be easy access when needed to get them out for either inventory or new jobs. As a result the company knew where all the paperwork was at compared to going and having to search for it while having copies for awhile.-Observed sales calls/meetings to develop customer service skills by sitting and listening during call and chimed in with product details if needed and as a result I learned how sales people do sales pitches so I have background in how they do their job.

- This was a football fundraiser and it was a Pancake breakfast, during this time I got to serve the food, pour drinks, and do trash; so I developed a hardworking skill. As a team we did this to raise money for new equipment for our team so we can develop into better players. As a result from this the money raised went to our program to help build the present and the future players, so it helped others instead of just yourself.- During this it was also team bonding and we used teamwork as a skill as we all had our own task to do so it wasn’t as frantic with people just running around everyone did their role. As a result everything ran smoothly and the coaches and boosters were happy with the outcome from everyone involved.- To publicize this event everyone on the team that could used some sort of Marketing skill, some people made flyers and then posted it around our community and surrounding ones, and others publicized it on all Social Media sites as everyone uses it now and it would be passed around faster. We used this skill to help get more people in to give us more money for our program. As a result it was a really big event and we raised a lot of money during my time helping with this event.
