As an A/V-IT Project Manager, I am presently overseeing the transition of Tri Star Electric to Tri Star Electric & Automation. In my role within this full-fledged electrical contractor company, I lead the design, programming, installation, and commissioning of diverse AV-IT and automation services.Key responsibilities in my current position include generating comprehensive scope of work and bid documents covering AV, IT networking, security, advanced home automation, automated lighting, home theater, and interactive technology for home/office environments. Following the design and build stages, I manage product actualization, project scheduling, pre-programming, testing, and modification of highly customized home automation systems, such as Savant Systems, large-scale lighting automation through Lutron Homeworks, IT network infrastructure, security, and surveillance systems.Upon completion of pre-programming and structured cabling installation, I progress to product installation and rack building, overseeing timelines, client change orders, and the entire installation process. Subsequently, I focus on fine-tuning programming, tailoring automations based on client needs and desires. After the final stages, I facilitate system commissioning, address client inquiries, and assist in maintaining and servicing systems post-commissioning.Our clientele spans a niche residential market, boutique corporate hospitality, and retail spaces. I undertook diverse roles at Bill Bryan Automotive Group, starting in the service department handling warranty filing. Subsequently, I transitioned to cashiering for the service department, weekends as a sales department receptionist, and also contributed to the detail department. My responsibilities extended to serving as a shuttle driver, Lot Porter for the sales department, handling building maintenance, and providing IT support for the service department. This multifaceted experience was orchestrated by General Manager Rob Audette.

Then would encourage the timeshare holders to release those weeks to us so we can market them to event coordinators for corporations to supply budget friendly accommodations for Fortune 500 companies to host their staff and employees for events.
