As the Chief Executive for ORE-System, I am focused on the successful deployment of the ORE ecosystem, which brings videogames into the blockchain market, through cryptocurrency applications.

I currently serving as the COO for the non-profit S.A.V.E. I have been working to modernize the charity's digital footprint as well as working on the budgeting and charitable outreach for additional resources. In addition to the financial situation, I have also been focused on expanding our center of gravity to reach additional veterans who are in need.

Tasked with refining the operations process and enhance the organization's capability to conduct full-spectrum intelligence operations and improve organizational efficiencies. Conducts interviews with various staff sections to gather data for a capabilities analysis to shift funding and resources to address shortcomings. Establish performance goals and monitor the implemented changes through benchmarking for modernization. Develop, implement, and employ the organization's Knowledge Management policies, processes, and collaboration efforts. Audit the current budget and make recommendations to adjust expenses to facilitate change management initiatives.

I serve as the Chief of Staff for a Special Operations Detachment-Bravo, which is regionally aligned with the Pacific region of the globe. I manage the employment of six subordinate organizations, which are integrated into the National Strategy Policies for the Pacific region. I develop/validate training programs for internal and external stakeholders in order to reduce downtime within the organization and create inter-operability across cross-functional teams within the company. I oversee a team which supports the employment of the six subordinate units to satisfy emerging requirements across the globe.

Served as the senior officer for a Special Forces Operational Detachment-Alpha. I was responsible for deploying men and organizational equipment to Asia to assist with the National Security Strategy for the region. I oversaw the development, validation, implementation, and employment of training programs that the Host Nation forces used to conduct counter-insurgency operations within contested areas. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing all Human Resources, Intelligence, Operational Activities, and Communications requirements to manage the organization on a daily basis.

Conduct Intelligence gathering, analytics, and fusion to feed the operations cycle. Methods of collection include HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, and FININT. Using these collection methods, I would conduct link analysis to establish patterns of life of the intended target. I would then transition roles to fuse the information gathered into the operations cycle to interdict the target. I would also conduct Threat Vulnerability Assessments of temporary and permanent structures to make force protection recommendations. Additionally, I served as the primary trainer and the subject matter expert for Sensitive Site Exploitation to gather additional information that fed the targeting cycle by forensically exploiting information found at the target's location.

I was responsible for setting up temporary and permanent Local Area Networks, base radio stations, and mobile radio networks for communicating internally and externally with stakeholders. As a part of my duties, I was responsible for troubleshooting radio platforms to regain communications. As a regular part of my duties, I would install radio systems into both tactical and non-tactical vehicles. I would work with the Detachment Commander to send encrypted messages from isolated locations to inform external stakeholders of the mission's progress.
