• Multi-Unit Business: Outdoor Advertising, Asset/Stock Management, Short and Long term Real Estate Rentals, Construction; in total averaging $3.5 million in revenue annually.• Outdoor Advertising Manager: Sell and manage 35-40 static and digital billboards.• Design all advertising material and procure vinyl billboards for clients.• Asset/Stock Manager: Handle all Investing/Trading activities, financial analysis (10-Q, 10-K, etc.), market studies (technical analysis).• Real Estate Manger: Manage two short-term vacation rental and three apartments. Prepare Financial analysis on current and prospective properties.• Oversee 70+ acres of commercial/industrial property.• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and new real estate development. • Construction: Assistant Project Manager for construction projects; procurement, scheduling, budgeting, managing 2-4 employees.• Acquire permits and variances through local and state municipalities.
