In charge of the art direction for a new IP published by Square Enix. Helped build the Art Team from the ground up.

I am helping the art team to follow the artistic vision to shape the game in a coherent and original way.This includes:- Work closely with the team to develop the best game visuals.- Communicate and help the team, consisting of in-house artists and freelancers to understand and apply the artistic vision.- Create concepts and 3D art for the game.- Review concepts and 3D art (In paint over and text form).- Manage team member performance and resolve issues and conflicts.- Manage deadlines and last minute tasks.- Create artistic and technical related documentations and tutorials.
