I have been working in hospitality for the laat 4 years and have experience in front of house, back of house, bar and floor, and management. i've always got a passion to learn about new food and cultures and love making people's evenings one to remember. I pride myself on my ability to talk to anyone which means training up new staff is my forte. I think my ability to connect with strangers is really why I am so passionate about this industry and why I thrive in it, turning complaints in compliments and customers into regulars.My background was in music and I have a bachelor's degree in Live Events Production from a specialist events university called Backstage Academy, based in Wakefield. I have a passion for devliering events and turning and empty stage into a spectacle. I worked as a Supervisor at The Woods, a small independent bar in Chapel Allerton after temporarily leaving Arc Inspirations to pursue another challenge stepping back into a managenent position. The site does not have a bar or floor manager, so I would take on responsibilities to manage both including: leading service and training, cellar management, ordering, conducting interviews.

I progressed from floortender, to team leader, to front of house manager in less than a year at Pizza Loco, a small independent pizzeria company based in Leeds. I worked at Pizza Loco during it's most popular and profitable years as well as its biggest struggles through Covid 19. Aside from the general roles of a Front of House manager, I was also kitchen trained, would lead all staff training, hire new starters, and assist in menu writing.
