I worked as a Supervisor at The Woods, a small independent bar in Chapel Allerton after temporarily leaving Arc Inspirations to pursue another challenge stepping back into a managenent position. The site does not have a bar or floor manager, so I would take on responsibilities to manage both including: leading service and training, cellar management.

I progressed from floortender, to team leader, to front of house manager in less than a year at Pizza Loco, a small independent pizzeria company based in Leeds. I worked at Pizza Loco during it's most popular and profitable years as well as its biggest struggles through Covid 19. Aside from the general roles of a Front of House manager, I was also kitchen.
