I routinely perform work for this long-running podcast. Major projects include: 1)Streamlined the live stream and chat sections to a single page 2) Designed a script that was used by the podcast to monitor when Apple Stores reopened3) Set up Bitcoin and Lightning network nodes for payment over the lightning network

I went through the leadership training program which emphasizes: leadership by example, accountability, initiative, and dependability. Since then I’ve been a cabin leader overseeing the safety and social wellbeing for cabins of 10 campers aged 13-15 for two week sessions. I also have begun mentoring younger Leaders-In-Training on effective cabin management and camper interactions.

I was brought in to help realize the vision of Reed’s Student Government to have a website where students could exchange experiences and rate professors. This project had the added constraint of needing to run the site without any back end, so we leveraged Google Sheets (and APIs) along with some other creative methods to make it work without a true backend. Main responsibilities included coordinating with student government as well as managing my assistant webmaster, delegating each piece of the project and then pulling it together into a cohesive whole.

Here I integrated a recently-acquired template system into the company's pre-existing website. This involved ensuring theming and language was consistent throughout. Additionally, it was a great opportunity to work with GitHub on a large codebase.

Over the course of my time as a referee I officiated over seventy five games, working in a variety of arenas and with a variety of officiating partners. I was able to learn how to manage games and keep control over them, as well as providing an explanatory role to help teach younger players proper playing techniques.
