Collaborare is a consulting firm focused on market development for its global clients. The mission of the company is to create bridges between Peru and foreign investments. Nowadays, Collaborare holds the representation of several leading foreign companies. I’ve overseen all the operations of Baosteel Shanghai (now Baowu Group) in Peru. Consolidating their commercial presence and expanding their market share from 0% to 30% (2017-2021) in the tinplate Peruvian market.I also lead the commercial area of international business’s in Collaborare, developing the strategies to achieve the growth objectives of the company.

• Administered and supervised the sales and after sales of all steel products offered by Baosteel in Peru. Mainly high end products like tinplate and tin free steel.• Strengthen commercial relationships with local customers, achieving a significant sales increase in 2017 and 2018.• Promoted to management position, after successful commercial campaigns throughout two consecutive years.

Developed and executed in 2018 a new digital fundraising method with outstanding results. Project was called “La Polla Ponle Corazón”, with a massive advertising campaign taking advantage of Perú returning to a World Cup after 36 years. In 2020, due to Covid19 Pandemic, the Foundation had to make their annual collection completely online for the first time. Nevertheless, it has been the year with best results since its foundation 60 years ago.

Cocina Lab is an online cooking school (edtech) focused on Gastronomy, Nutrition and Entrepreneurship.We built the company from scratch, tested the product, defined growth strategy, built the team, achieved product market fit and achieved +70 courses with +30 teachers. We had students in more than eight countries.We created the digital platform focused on spreading value around cooking to the spanish speaking market.Cocina Lab was succesfully acquired by Scoolinary, leading Spanish online academy for the hospitality industry.

Wegift was a B2B company focused on sourcing and supplying distinctive and innovative gifts and experiences for companies for their employees and clients.We worked with suppliers from around the world focusing on finding the best products that matched our clients' needs. We worked with some of the biggest companies in Peru from diverse sectors, such as banking and telecom.My role in WeGift consisted in the following:• Directed sale of over 100 000 presents to 15 different companies, with sales of USD 350,000 in 2019 and USD 250,000 in 2018.• Manager of the importation process and responsible for relationships with suppliers, mainly from China.• Recruited the commercial and logistics team of the company.

• Co-founded my first import company being 21 years old.• Created the brand HIT of electronic cigarettes that was quickly positioned as leader of the sector.• Directed and recruited commercial team, achieving sales over USD 25 000 per month only in the line of electronic cigarettes.• Sold shares of the company to a Japanese group in 2015, at 15 times more than original investment.
