Motivated by the desire to generate a positive impact in the world, I am currently an management consultant at EloGroup, where I help people and organizations unlock their potential. I have a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Tiradentes (UNIT) and an MBA in Project Management from USP, which provided me with a strong technical background and a strategic vision to deal with complex challenges.During my MBA, I had the opportunity to volunteer for PMI (Project Management Institute) for a year, working on projects in Brazil and Latin America. This experience allowed me to experience project management in different contexts and to develop skills in leadership, communication, and teamwork.In addition, during my graduation, I worked as an engineering intern at the sanitation company of Sergipe, where I experienced the challenges of a large-scale sanitation project and gained valuable experience for my career. I also acted as a teacher's assistant, where I helped over 100 students with difficulties, which allowed me to develop skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.I constantly seek to learn and study new topics in order to expand my knowledge and stay up-to-date on market trends and innovations. This approach allows me to work efficiently on various projects and bring creative and innovative solutions to the challenges that arise in my work.
