Their core business is in designing Electrical systems and Mechanical systems which includes HVAC and fire fighting systems and Security system. PKV has undertaken the development of the RM100Mil Batu Berendam Airport project. My responsibilities included:Coordination and detailing of M&E designs.Preparation of Bill of Quantities and documents for tender.Monitoring and reporting of work progress on site.Liaising with the Malaysian local authorities (i.e. TNB, Telekom, BKI) for submission and approval for the new installations.Attending site meetings with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to ensure smooth flowing of work for M&E installations.
