Sr. Business Analyst, in this role, as a business specialist, I am in charge of filling in the gap between what customers need and what they receive by delivering the highest business value possible. Iquall Networks is an enterprise specialized in the provision training services and solutions for mobile messaging and data control for the regional market of telecommunications.I was part of the company in its first steps as a software start-up. During my time I participated in the construction of the SMPP Gateway as a protocol converter whose goal was to interconnect existing systems (XML, SMTP, APIs, etc) with SMPP services for SMS messages.
