Teacher of the Portuguese preparatory course for foreigners for CELPE-BRAS provision, in service of the Student Program-Graduation Agreement (PEC-G) of academic mobility of foreign students for Brazil. I planned classrooms with the use of games, dynamics and interactions for students of Portuguese as an additional language in preparation to attend graduation in Brazilian universities.

Highlights: •I taught all of the grades at the school and during this learning period . •I had students to create family trees, self-portraits and even had them to part of a halloween party, where the main language was English, all with a focus on learning the language through playful use!

I was a teacher of a bilingual project with a focus on Project-based learning and CLIL methodology for children from kindergarten 3 to 2nd period in a playful way. Highlights: •I taught all of the grades at the school and during this learning period I held cooking classes to teach how to make Omelettes, Pancakes. •I had students to create family trees, self-portraits and even had them to part of a halloween party, where the main language was English, all with a focus on learning the language through playful use!• I conducted several "cooking classes" with students of all levels to teach how to make different recipes such as "Omelet", "Pancakes" and "bananas with cream and sugar", that is, teaching not only the target language, the English, but beyond that, to experience English in a tangible, fun and contextualized way.

I was the English teacher for level A1 to C2 (Adolescents and Adults) in the language course promoted by UFMG. In the same class, there great variability in age, sometimes there were 14-year-olds and 60-year-olds! Highlights: • In addition to providing my students with English classes involving online games, film excerpts, literary tales, portfolio making sessions, moving away from traditional classes based solely on textbooks and pedagogical assessments, there were also picnic classes, game classes and cultural exhibits!• With a communicative focus, I promoted classes in which students were encouraged to communicate in the language at all times, and talk about whatever interested them, however they were interested, using English as the means for that.

I was part of the team that organized the semi-presence and online workshops, promoted during the event. I worked in support, virtual and face-to-face monitoring, E-mail Marketing, external communication with students and teachers from various institutions involved in these teaching workshops. We held more than 40 workshops in the two editions of the event in which I participated. It was indeed an experience that brought me immeasurable growth!

In that opportunity, I performed customer service and relationship; Sales of prepaid CLARO products and services and DSL Internet via telephone; Achieving individual and group monthly goals.Highlights:•i had a low day-to-day callings rate and a high minute count with each customer, which is why I successfully met the organizations sales' goals. For every 100 clients I closed 10% in sales, that is, I talked more with each client and focused on the relationship with the clients. This strategy gave me the advantage, as it made me call fewer customers on the day and still successfully reach the sales' goal, attesting to my high persuasion capacity and determination to make each customer's experience unique and consequently achieve high quality sales. My colleagues, on the other hand, easily answered 200 calls a day to get the same result, in a robotic and scrypted way, and far from having the same quality since they didn't treat the person on the other end of the line with empathy, they just wanted results.
