In this position, I wrote key messages for large-scale communications (to employees, internal stakeholders, and external partners) related to modernization efforts. I also prepared presentations, executive briefing materials, and government decision-making notes on a variety of modernization efforts. I conducted research and analysis into workforce trends to ensure the public service reflects both current and future needs in classification and organizational management.

I assisted with the intake of applications, review of incoming projects, confirmation of eligibility (region, sector, expenses), and identification of gaps in submitted documentation. I also assisted program staff in the assessment and review of submitted applications, including financial statement assessments and possible site visits. I also worked with staff to collect regular updates for entry into the Transfer Payments Ontario ("TPON") database, as well as ensured status reports are up to date for key information regarding files from all programs
