Presented an approach of a machine learning model destined to determine the health of construction machinery transmissions. The aim was to provide ZF customers an early warning if their transmissions components are close to failure. The model was created based on stored sensor data, during the vehicle’s operation in field. The final model outcomes a health condition measure, with an observed precision of approximately 90% while testing.
