In my role at Alan, I focus on making things better and easier for everyone using data and AI. Here's how I do it:- Data: I make sure our HR data is clean and easy to use. This helps every Alaner and Community Leads make smart decisions quickly. 📊 - Accessible Insights and Enablement: I give everyone the tools (knowledge, SQL ..) they need to understand our data. This way, they can see what's happening and make their own choices. 🔑- AI Tools: I bring in AI to make our HR work smoother and smarter. I also help our People and Talent team get comfortable with these tools (mostly LLMs), so AI benefits us all, not just the tech experts. 🤖In short, my job is about:- Giving clear and helpful data insights 🌟 and help Alaners get comfortable around data- Making our team stronger with better processes and AI 🛠️

The incubator of the University of Bordeaux, UbeeLab, allowed me to work for a year on the ideation and the writing of the Business Model of my entrepreneurial project: Reward. Reward is a B2B solution allowing companies to help their employees manage their budget. Employees have access to an application through which they can withdraw a percentage of their accumulated income during the month. The simplification of these requests for installments, and access to salary when needed, allows employees to free themselves from the daily mental burden of financial stress. Companies are thus contributing to the financial well-being of their teams, while making themselves more productive, more attractive, and more advanced in the digitalization of payroll and human resources!----------------------L'incubateur de l'Université de Bordeaux, UbeeLab m'a permis de travailler pendant une année à l'idéation, et à la rédaction du Business Model de mon projet entrepreneurial : Reward. Reward est une solution B2B permettant aux entreprises d'accompagner leur salariés dans la gestion de leur budget. Les employés ont accès à une application à travers laquelle ils peuvent retirer un pourcentage de leur revenu cumulé au cours du mois. La simplification de ces demandes d'acomptes, et l'accès au salaire lors de besoins permet aux salariés de se libérer de la charge mentale quotidienne qu'est le stress financier. Les entreprises participent donc au bien être financier de leurs équipes, tout en se rendant plus productives, plus attractives, et plus avancées dans la digitalisation de la paie et des ressources humaines !
