As the IT specialist, I'm in charge of the the platform implementation and web design for the company. Some of the Icomm and client claims also go through my support service, both for the company and the employees.

As a concierge, I'm in charge of deliver the complete All-inclusive, five stars resort experience at the Alps with the rest of my team, for our guests.

In order to acquire new language and management skills, I’ve been transferred to ClubMed Rio das Pedras as a preparation for new roles in the future. This is an amazing experience inside the company to grow and learn from different chiefs!

Since I got into ClubMed I was eager to grow inside the company, to learn as much as I can and also provide my services with the vast experience I have in the file of sports. Assuming as a Tenis Director, being in charge of the Tenis and BeachTenis team, managing all the resources and people, has been a great step in this career path as I continue learning.

As Tenis and BeachTenis professor in ClubMed Trancoso, I’m in charge of the administration of the tennis courts and also tenis lessons for our customers. Added to my responsibilities here, I work on shows and entertainment for the guests.

Ser el profesor encargado de las clases y logísticas deportivas es un desafío interesante para mi, que me invita a estar constantemente innovando en mi práctica profesional y a crecer personalmente para entregar un mejor servicio acompañado de una mejor práctica deportiva.

Since my early experience in AIESEC I've been giving advice and coaching people as a hobby for their business. Back in 2020, I signed up in different freelancing platforms and also working in my city with a couple of companies and start-ups to help them grow organizationally speaking, and also coaching several people in their teams.

As proven, working in human development is one of the most gratifying experiences someone can have, and now I get the chance to develop those people who will develop youth to take them to the next level. Being the general coordinator for a company, specially in teaching, is incredible since there's so much room for improvement yet.

My passion as Argentinian and as a sports lover is always working in sport Clubs. Being part of a professional team is amazing for me to learn from people who is growing in their field, and also way out of my confort zone.

Being in charge of the IT implementation for the school while teaching as a PE was one of the most challenging experiences I've had. No matter what, the fact that I had so much fun working with the kids and teenagers will be always the best part about this short period.

Being Country Manager in AIESEC in Ecuador for a year was the best experience I had so far. I learned so much about personal growth, organizational development and team management.For me, working on an organization as AIESEC, and be able to implement the latest innovations on organizations plus connecting with other amazing leaders around the world has no comparison.

In my second year in AIESEC, I moved to Ecuador. This was a new an extremely relevant for my experience because I got the chance to be in charge of the national operations for AIESEC in Ecuador, learning how to work in a network of approx. 60 people.Part of my job description was to give direction to national sellings, partnerships and international relations. Also to organize national conferences for +80 people and the education cycles for my whole network. During this year also I got the opportunity to get to learn from the AIESEC International Team during three conferences in Colombia and one conference Romania.

During my first year in AIESEC, I got the opportunity to be in charge of one the operations where I got a lot of experience in how to manage a local team, how to achieve my selling goals and also how to work in a small entity/organization as AIESEC in Neuquén.
