At Outward Bound we persuit our children and teenagers to push themselves out of their comfort zone, and the search for their own realisation of all they can achieve on their own when we communicate, recognize and work as a team. Our setting is in the outdoors, mainly German and Austrian Alps, as well as a lake region located 3 hrs from Berlin, where we will involve activities which involve climbing, paddling, hiking as well as problem resolving activities.

As instructor I'm in charge of preparing classes according to both our specific client profile and our protocols to teach lessons that efficiently get to the core of what needs to be understood, while achieving maximum possible impact on knowledge retention, by mixing it with role played scenarios. I also give the course in most of its formats as I am an EMT.

During my time in the Lofoten Island collaborating the this company, I was in charged of both preparing day and multi day trips, while the routes were stablished, there were many things to explore first hand, and problem solve on the go. Due to my expedition experience, and group managing, that comes along with similar terrain being explored in Patagonia, I was able to finish my season successfully with no accidents, happy travelers and lots of memories as well as learning moments.

My responsabilities consist on taking care of clients, visiting us at the Grey Refugio area, inside National Park Torres del Paine, that decide to take a kayaking excursion towards Grey Glacier in the Lake named after this tongue of the Southern Patagonia Icefields. Also lead multi day trips over several seasons, with tons of great experiences, inmersive trips are surely my favorite.Trekking the Big Circuit in Torres del Paine, consist of a trekk of 9 days in which we hike all around and into the major valleys of the Paine Massif, conglomarate of mountains that determine the existance of National Park Torres del Paine. I'm on my 3 season taking this trips in which the weather can be determinant, though the attitude with which is aproached can determine even more. This trip involves the portering of team gear, food and other elements of logistics which are organized previously and then executed by local porters (similar to a sherpa). Show less

During my time at this 5 star hotel working as an adventure guide, I was in charge of both hosting and guiding our clients in and through one of this natural protected gems called Torres del Paine, on many different types of day long excursions as well as half days, which involved horse rides, kayak, hikes as well as panoramic tours.

My first job in the outdoors, consisted on guiding daily trips or hikes inside the national park torres del Paine. Also caring for passenges that boarded our boat trips towards glacier grey, where I was in charge of the clients from check in, to park's and glacier lecture, as well as their security during boarding / unboarding with a zodiac boat.

My responsabilities were to organize and create travel experiences, from day tours to multi day tours, generally in the region of central Chile. Though we had some prepared packages, I also created from scratch until it's sale.
