Lead chemist responsible for all intermediate batch production. In this role, I scheduled batches and procured resources to supply production modules. I was also responsible for finding areas for optimization on the production line. Using my technical knowledge, I decreased production time by finding ways to alleviate bottlenecks in production. Synthesized and characterized a variety of organic compounds for multiple projects. The focus of which was to screen for potential drug candidates to combat antibiotic resistance. During my time my contributions of my research were patented, and I was delegated to research, initiate, and lead a new research project in drug design.
