I work closely with our Sales, Solutions, and Legal teams to help shape complex consulting and outsourcing engagements. I act as independent business advisor to Sales team throughout the business development phase of the deal and became the financial reference of Accenture´s proposals. I provide analytical support to shape these complex deal structures, through creation of financial models and reports that support the pricing approach and demonstrate the financial value to both Accenture and the clients. I effort on identifying efficient ways of working so that I can spend more time on deep value-adding analysis and finding creative ways of solving, being sure all processes are compliant with Accenture policies and US GAAP.

Monthly Reporting to direction. Budget and Forecast elaboration. Economic Account Analisys to ensure the profitability and the gross margin of the differents brands.

Responsible for Pricing Process and Analysis to ensure competitiveness and increase market share. Develop price Strategies to Improve unitary margin.Synergy between different areas to nationalize parts.

Strategic Global Sourcing and Negotiation with suppliers (Glass, Bumpers, HVAC, Batteries, RawMaterial, Chemical, etc.). Cost Analysis and synergy between different areas inter company. BBP Forecast and standardization process.
