Lucas is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice and has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of real estate law. He provides legal advice and counsel to clients in connection with acquiring, financing, developing, leasing, and selling real estate nationwide. His experience includes complicated tax-deferred (1031) exchanges, facilitating public-private partnerships, sophisticated condominium structures, and work-out situations.
