Service leading responsibilities consist of fielding and supporting customer communication, ensuring that staff is prioritizing customer engagement and service, making change for register tills as needed, rotating coverage if needed based on store traffic, ensuring timely rest and meal breaks, and performing advanced register functions such as overrides or validation of transaction detail.
