Developed estimating skills and techniques through project drawing analysis. Utilized Bluebeam Revu software to construct take-offs for underground piping wall spools for the Bull Run Filtration Facility in Portland, Oregon (EE = $1.0B). Connected with SoCal Kiewit estimating personnel to ensure distinctions between aboveground and underground spools for accurate estimates. Utilized Navisworks 3D modeling software to assemble project views to highlight key elements in estimate prospects such as piping of differing fluid functionality for the Sacramento Regional BioGeneration Facility in Sacramento, California (EE = $100M). Orchestrated a delivery plan layout for 2,292 cubic yards of anthracite and 450 cubic yards of sand to the Rinconada Water Treatment Plant in Los Gatos, California (EE = $230M). Created scaled drawing models for material placement on existing and future filtering structures. Models were applied in Google Earth drawing overlays to craft realistic 3D perspectives of filter material placements on a completed project site.

Communicated with subcontractors to assist with project estimates inside the mechanical department.Focus on outreach and creation of RFQ’s and take-offs for various scopes of work.
