Software Engineer
CurrentOver the past two years, I have been working as a Full Stack developer at Livance. When I joined, our team had only four members, but over time, it grew to 25 members while always maintaining the quality of our work.During my journey with this company, I had the opportunity to witness the advancements in software development processes up close. We had the chance to work with various modern technologies, including dotnet 6, JavaScript, Flutter, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, GPC, GraphQL, Vue.js, among others.An essential aspect of all our implementations was a commitment to high coverage unit testing. We recognized the importance of ensuring code quality and the robustness of the developed functionalities. To achieve this, we dedicated time and effort to create comprehensive tests that allowed us to validate each part of the system independently, ensuring that all changes and additions were carefully tested before being incorporated into the final product.Part of my responsibilities involved working on system integrations, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between different parts of our software ecosystem.Additionally, we faced the challenge of updating versions of technologies that were heavily deprecated in our systems and applications, ensuring that we were always aligned with best practices and the latest features.I also had the pleasure of participating in the organization and creation of various database tables, always striving to maintain data integrity and consistency, following normalization principles.Throughout my time at the company, I contributed to the evolution of the system by addressing various technical debts and ensuring that our code was robust and easy to maintain.My role also included implementing several new features, especially in the financial and scheduling and allocation areas, which are the main activities of the company, providing our users with an enhanced and efficient experience.
