• Manage day-to-day deal execution, interacting with senior deal team members, client management teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors; • Assist clients in due diligence by coordinating the information flow, supervising calls and meetings between the parties, as well as reviewing and analyzing company information and Legal Contracts as memorandum of understanding (MOU), shareholder agreements, sales and purchase agreement (SPA); • Work independently, producing high quality deliverables such as Descriptive Memorandums, management presentations, Board materials and other presentation materials for use in M&A transactions or strategic client dialog; • Design and analyze M&A transaction structures; • Create, maintain and review complex financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparable, precedent transactions, LBO analyses, merger models and transaction impact analyses; • Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Interns and Analysts.

• Actively Involved in the M&A mandates, both buy side and sell-side: Focused in middle market and investment projects (debt and equity) from BRL50MM to BRL 500MM of revenues;• Meet with companies, together with the Directors to discuss financial opportunities, such as terms and conditions of a loan to finance a new project, an acquisition, or refinance an existing debt.• Performed company valuations utilizing (i) comparable public company analysis, (ii) precedent transactions analysis and (iii) discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis; • Prepared general material such as pitching, Teaser, Information Memorandum and Pricing analysis; and• Supported and organized Due Diligences and Data Room.• Sector Ongoing projects: Retail, Agribusiness, Waste Management.

• Preliminary analysis of opportunities, identifying potential targets for investments, in accordance with the company’s strategy ( US$S20MM to US$200MM investments);• Reported the status of Company properties investments for the managers;• Maintained controlling of the Property Leases; and• Negotiated leases extensions with clients.
