Hello!My name is Lucas Schilling. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science with a minor in economics from DePauw University. For the past 3 years I’ve been the sole implementation specialist for Bayern Software’s Capstone ERP product. I manage the onboarding process of new customers starting out with Capstone by helping determine what they want to achieve with our product and build a timeline for implementation in order to reach their goals. I assist with loading data into Microsoft SQL Server so customers have a seamless transition to our ERP system. Along with guiding customers through implementing our Capstone product, I also provide training in the software by teaching new users how to navigate Capstone as well as walk them through our fulfillment processes, reporting capabilities and every aspect of the software. I also act as the technical support representative for Capstone, provide customers with updates, assist in user testing of new additions to Capstone and many other responsibilities at Bayern Software.
