At NorthBaze I have a split role between product management and KAM sales. The product part mean finding the right production partner in the far east, setting up a commercial product portfolio and see to that we have the right product in stock at the right time. Handling all details from choosing material and design to making packages and negotiating prices with suppliers and manufacturers.Being KAM at NortBaze I handle Nordic accounts and accounts around EU, but also working against distributors both in Scandinavia and Globally.

When working at Tura Scandinavia AB I was responsible for managing and developing several well-known brands in the Scandinavian territory. My tasks involve creating portfolio of products I see a need for in the market, negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers, creating go-to-market strategies, secure coaching about concept and method to sales and marketing team, brand building, budgets, developing a cost-effective supply chain from manufacturer to reseller. Purchasing and stock management. Scouting for new trends by visiting numerous international conventions and seminars. I was also in charge of creating and sourcing Tura Scandinavia’s five own brands crossing over more than 10 different product categories. This mean the whole chain of supply from see the need for a product in the market to the end when the product is sold into the retail.I also function as KAM for big pan Nordic account since many years with good results and therefor have good experience within sales. My role also involves supporting other KAM when it comes to bigger deals and important customers.
