Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow. Ensures all manufactured and assembled products meet all company cost, quality and quantity requirements. Review processing schedules and production orders and make decisions regarding resources needed to meet those schedules or orders.

Through a series of rotational assignments within various subsidiaries and participation in special projects, the manager trainee will learn all aspects of the railroad service provider business, and prepare for management roles within the organization.
