Implemented and expanded company’s Business Intelligence programs and capability; managed transitions between and built infrastructure for multiple Business Intelligence software solutions (MITS, SSRS, Sisense, Power BI). Facilitated focus groups and discussions to gather data for analysis.During my time as Research Manager and Analytics Manger, we fully implemented three different reporting/dashboard tools to display and analyze data and I was currently in the process of implementing yet another new system. All of these tools utilized SQL and Access databases extensively as well as other third party tools to Extract, Transform, and Load Data.The position was eliminated and absorbed into other departments due to company streamlining and realignment.

Responsible for maintaining home school product line- package creation, pricing, etc. Worked with Marketing Department to create advertising campaigns and promotions. Handled all communications regarding home school product questions, regularly gave tours to home school groups, and attended multiple home school shows yearly to promote products.

Duties included - Data cleansing, maintaining and producing mailing lists, Creating and maintaining a system to classify all products sold by company (5,000+). Pulled and analyzed data for regular monthly reports that averaged between 75 and 125 pages. Special data request and Excel projects on request from management.

Responsible for seasonal textbook ordering, restocking, sales, etc. Worked with professors and departments to manage classroom book requests. Managed multiple student employees on a regular and seasonal basis. Opened and closed the store, balanced registers, and general banking duties. Progressive responsibility increases from Bookseller to Shipping Supervisor to Textbook Manager to Assistant Manager.
