My responsibilities were managing my assigned areas and employees each day. My responsibilities included completing essential job functions to ensure daily quotas were being met by employees and all shipments were shipping out through the company AS400 system. My responsibilities also included tracking and keeping employees performed of their daily, weekly, and monthly production. Increased effeciencies with many warehouse procedures duirng my management career. Managed multiple groups of employees to successful completions of goals and tasks. Developed many new and first time procedures with more success and production.

I was responsible for keeping my assigned machines properly stocked and keeping the correct cashflow through the vending areas through monthly audits. Audited vending areas within two percent of each services in each individual audit. Saved the company money through individual and direct audits. Reduced down time by helping create more effecient routes for vending truck drivers.
