In my role as Head of Training And Development at Pangea Dubai, I was responsible for onboarding new recruits and furthering the development of brokers. I led training programs to maximize broker value and output, conducting both 121 and group training sessions to enhance skills and performance.Aswell on boarding new brokers I was in charge of maximising existing broker value.
