In this customer-facing role, I processed applications for loans and savings accounts for two credit union's and a lender: My Community Bank, Castle Community Bank and Reevo Money. I acted as the first point of contact for customers, taking enquiries via phone call and email.

My role involved scheduling and creating content for social media and managing our online communities. As part of this, I designed a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign and organised a number of influencers to livestream our game. I'm proud our team achieved funding from the UK Games Fund and were also accepted to the London Games Festival Official Selection.
