I graduated in May of 2015 from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I earned Summa Cum Laude Honors and a 3.98 GPA.As an intern at Graco, Inc., research assistant at the University of St. Thomas, and leader of a Senior Design team, I have gained valuable engineering experience, knowledge, and skills. I have received several praises from engineering professors for my academic effort, quality of work, and technical communication. I enjoy learning new information and ambitiously accept new challenges. I take great pride in the work that I produce. As a member of the University of St.Thomas baseball team, I learned valuable time management and team member skills.I just finished a one year contract position as a Risk Management Engineer for 3M in which I assist and facilitate product development teams to design and develop safe hardgood products. In my role, I work with several different countries and teams which provides a wide range of engineering insight and exposure. I ensure that products released to professional and consumer users are designed adequately while protecting or warning users against residual hazards.I am also a Social Entrepreneur pioneering the first Social Business 3.0 with the goal of eradicating child malnutrition globally while solving the health crisis. I have been coached and mentored on the power of personal development and mindset. I am passionate about helping other people develop themselves and encouraging them to live a life a purpose.
