About Lucas Wright
I am currently employed as an electrical engineer at Redwire space. Our focus is design of high reliability systems for use in space.My primary duty is the design, maintenance and ownership of all FPGA code (written in verilog and used with Microsemi’s high reliability FPGAs) for the payload subsystem of a project. Additionally, I have performed secondary duties in embedded software design (C and C++) and hardware schematic/layout capture (Altium). I graduated Auburn University in 2019 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. My GPA as an undergraduate was 3.89. During my undergraduate time, I interned for two semesters at Technology Service Corporation. I earned my Masters in Electrical and Computer engineering from Auburn University in 2020. The focus of my graduate research was unclocked FPGA signal processing. My GPA upon completing the masters program was a 4.00.
