About Lucas Youssef

With over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am passionate about delivering value to customers, driving growth, and leading innovation. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações. As the Head of Customer Success at Carbigdata, I am responsible for structuring the customer success area, defining the operational strategy, and aligning the strategic planning with the company's business plan. I am also part of the committee that defines the company's business plan and establishes and strengthens the customer-centric culture.In my previous role as a Customer Success Manager at Carbigdata, I implemented the customer journey, onboarded new customers, built KPIs for success metrics, developed new products and services, and managed financial control, upsell and cross-sell. I leveraged my skills in customer success, telecommunications, and network design to create value propositions, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Before joining Carbigdata, I was a Strategy Consultant at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), where I worked on business planning projects regarding mobile communications spectrum and telecom asset valuation.
