• Redesigned the Networking aspect of the Tactical Army Network, allowing it to perform routing and switching decisions more efficiently.• Create configurations Cisco 3825 routers, 3750 Catalyst Switches using Port Stacking.• Manage Cisco Call Manager Express on 3825 Routers, and test for VOIP Connectivity. • Configured 500 PC’s for network connectivity, patching them to the switch, and ensuring the switch is operational on the correct VLAN and passing traffic. Those PC’s were added to Active Directory, and were able to logon to the network within a week of starting the project.• Ensure proper configuration of Exchange accounts for 4,000 users.• Assisted with 150 new switch configurations & VLAN Implementation for most buildings on Fort Rucker.• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for 4,000 Workstations.• Assist Information officers with configuration of an EU’s PC for Office 2000/2003, and many other applications for the Army.• Manage User, Computer, and Server accounts via Active Directory.
