I served as an Associate in the distinguished Complex Litigation and Arbitration department, an opportunity that afforded a nuanced and specialized focus, contrasting with my previous diverse experiences.Situated in Buenos Aires, this firm has been the most prominent law firm in Argentina for many years, and I have had the opportunity to collaborate with a myriad of top-notch professionals across varied legal fields. This multidisciplinary environment at Marval was a crucible for my professional development, amplifying my adaptability and fostering a deeper understanding of different legal domains and organizational dynamics.Being part in a larger and more structured team was both challenging and enlightening. It sharpened my ability to navigate complex corporate frameworks and combine extensive information to formulate cohesive legal strategies – skills that were seeded in my earlier roles.Representing prominent national and international corporations, including banks, insurers, telecom firms, pharmaceutical entities, and healthcare companies, was a significant aspect of my role. My responsibilities were multifaceted and included organizational management, editing, and contributing editorials that reflected the magazine’s voice and perspective. While Sed Contra’s primary focus is literature, we also explored various facets of culture, offering our readers a diverse and enriching content palette. This role provided me with a platform to promote good Spanish writing, fostering appreciation and understanding of the richness and diversity of the Spanish language. Although I no longer hold the Editor-in-Chief position, I continue to collaborate with the magazine in another role and also contribute to its branch in Kenya, Sed Africa, reinforcing the magazine's mission to be a relevant platform for cultural discourse and expression.

I had the unique opportunity to work alongside Julio César Rivera, one of Argentina's most distinguished lawyers. This collaboration allowed me to dive deep into a bunch of civil and commercial cases, representing clients in Argentine courts and international arbitration tribunals, even assisting Mr. Rivera in his arbitrator duties.My responsibilities covered extensive research, strategy formulation, and presenting compelling legal arguments. This required a profound grasp of legal principles, meticulous attention, and adaptability to each case's unique nature. Learning from Mr. Rivera’s wealth of knowledge and working with a talented team, I honed my skills in analysis, negotiation, and litigation, gaining invaluable insights that shaped my legal approach.Handling diverse cases in a stimulating environment, I developed a well-rounded perspective on legal issues, dispute resolution, and client representation, significantly contributing to my professional growth and enabling me to handle complex legal challenges effectively.To illustrate my varied practice, I actively represented shareholders in corporate conflicts, both in court and during meetings, advancing judicial processes and negotiating with creditors in cases of reorganization proceeding and bankruptcy. Additionally, I addressed a wide spectrum of damage claims, stemming from contractual breaches to extra-contractual damages, safeguarding my clients’ interests.I also emphasized the non-contentious aspect of law, engaging in contract negotiations across industries like hospitality, construction, and services. Collaborating closely with clients, I crafted contracts aligning with their objectives while mitigating risks, fostering beneficial agreements, and enhancing my understanding of different regulatory landscapes. This balance between contentious and non-contentious legal work has shaped me into a versatile legal practitioner, adept at meeting my clients' diverse needs.

I engaged in detailed case tracking and drafting of legal documents. My primary focus was on bankruptcy proceedings, but my responsibilities also extended to class action lawsuits, environmental law cases, and corporate disputes. I was privileged to be hired by Julio Cesar Rivera (h), who had been my professor in Constitutional Law. This experience was instrumental in enhancing my legal writing skills and deepening my understanding of various facets of law.

I played a role in supporting cases related to image rights against internet search engines. My responsibilities included monitoring court cases and tracking both Argentine and comparative jurisprudence on the subject. Among the many cases I collaborated on was "Rodriguez, Maria Belén v. Google Inc.," which was ruled by the Argentina Supreme Court. My involvement in these cases provided me with a first understanding of internet law, specifically in relation to individual rights and online platforms, and allowed me to develop skills in legal research and case management.

I served specifically contributing to a workshop on Legal Writing and Research. In this role, I took on the responsibility of tutoring students, providing guidance and support in enhancing their writing skills. My primary duty involved reviewing and correcting student essays, offering feedback, and fostering an environment conducive to learning and academic growth.

I focused on understanding the complexities of lobbying and its impact on the National Congress. My goal was to develop a comprehensive report to initiate the necessary conversations around regulating lobbying activities within the legislative framework. By presenting my findings and recommendations, I contributed to informed decision-making among policymakers and helped facilitate discussions on establishing a transparent and balanced lobbying regulatory environment.
