I provide leadership and direction of all marketing initiatives of ReDefiners World Languages. I am responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan, managing the marketing team, and seeking new opportunities to increase brand recognition, lead conversions, and the overall public-facing brand of ReDefiners World Languages, appealing to multiple stakeholders within multiple contexts.Major Objectives of the Position:• Collaborate with the Executive Director, Program Director, Volunteer Coordinator, and Development Team to uncover insights and develop strategies to effectively market programs, events, services, sponsorship/donation opportunities to current, past, and prospective clients and stakeholders• Oversee, develop and manage the marketing team• Identify short-term and long-term needs (scheduling, resources, budgets, projections). • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team• Increase organizational revenue and client base (individuals & organizations) annualOutcomes:• Increase of 150% on Conversion Rate• Increase of Number of Sessions per User by 25.94% and decrease of Bounce Rate by -27.50%• Improvement of SEO/SEM practices and keyword quality score• Increase of followers and audience engagement
