Working in the credit area since 2019, I am Data Product Owner of the credit squad of the Data Science team at Bemol, being responsible for AI/Analytics products, from the MVP to its evolution and improvement, I manage the squad formed by data engineers, data analysts and data scientists. I work directly with the company's credit business area, with fronts in installment plans, personal loans and digital accounts. Responsible for the evolution and development of the personal loan machine learning model, with the objective of maintaining the loan portfolio and custom adjustments of rates and installments, with default control for the main product. Responsible for the evolution and development of the installment plan ML model, working online in our physical stores to maintain defaults according to credit risk. Through this model, we were able to automate the release/disapproval of +50% of sales above the customer's limit in physical stores and e-commerce. I work actively with the team in the process of developing and evolving the ML model for behavior score, the company's main credit score, the basis for all business decisions focused on risk and maintenance of delinquency. As of 2022, I work directly with the data analysts of the squad and business team to prepare the main KPIs of the Bemol Digital Account, working with Data Lake and data mapping. I work directly in connection with third-party companies focused on data intelligence.

I worked directly as a Data Scientist in the development of Machine Learning models involving credit risk in retail sales and loans, actively participating in decisions in these respective areas.
