Report to the Supply Chain Director, managing all the mid and long term supply planning of raw materials and finished products to Latin America.- Responsible for planning and managing all the stocks in Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colômbia and Mexico);- Managing the imports/puchases from FMC suppliers (Intercompany) and from externa suppliers;- Partially leading the S&OP process with other departaments leaders.

Report to the Operations Director, managing the planning and exceution of all purchases, import and export process in Brazil and the distribution of products to all the warehouses in Brazil.• Responsible for planning and managing all the inventory in Brazil, for all the purchases of direct items for production and sales, and all the indirect items to support the operation; • Responsible for the import and export processes, mainly by ocean in the imports and by road in the exports;• Strong focus on the negotiation processes with suppliers, mainly during the COVID-19 pandemic when the prices maintenance became unstable;• Supply Team structuring to achieve better results, like the decrease of sales loses through the inventory levels review and customers service level increase;• Direct work on the implementation of a purchasing and distribution planning tool.

Report to the Supply Chain Manager for Latin America in Mexico and to the Supply Chain Global Manager in the US while leading 5 people in Brazil and managing 1 productive plant, 2 warehouses/distribution centers, and 2 repackaging plants.• Responsible for the process of importing products into Brazil and Argentina, managing approximately 100 import processes per month (sea, air, coastal navigation, FCL, LCL, 20/40-ft containers, ISO containers).• Strong performance in improving the quality of the service of cargo agents, freight forwarders, and intercompany logistics. • Train and strengthen the team as well as the succession plan.• Led cargo consolidation projects with results of annual savings of R$ 50 K to R$ 80 K.• Have a large role in moving the repackaging plants, starting up new production plants, and opening bonded warehouses.• Manage the inventory planning, forecast accuracy, rotation and obsolescence, and the constant review of inventory policies for all the regions (Americas/Europe/Asia).

• Planning the inventory, imports, demand, production, transfers, 1 production plant, 2 repackaging plants, some warehouses/distribution centers. • Led several projects to reduce inventory policies with annual reductions of R$ 2 M to R$ 3 M, reducing the deviation percentage when forecasting inventory to less than 10%.• Led the project to change the stock planning from Make-to-Stock to Reorder Point with the benefit of reducing inventory by R$ 1.5 M.• Provided strong management over the Non-Productive Inventory (NPI) to keep in this condition less than 2% of the total stock.• Managed the following KPIs: Supply Performance, Delivery to Promise, Delivery to Request, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Record Accuracy, Bill of Material, Master Production Schedule and Stability, Non-Productive Inventory, and Inventory Days Supply.• Had a large role in moving the repackaging plants, starting up new production plants, and opening bonded warehouses.• Worked with deploying ERP SAP.

- Analysis of Engineering Projects in Barra Mansa’s plant;- Analysis of projects` costs and validation with Global Engineering;- Member of the Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance team (MIQA), integrating the Process Safety Management (PSM) of the site (Team responsible for ensuring the effective and proper maintenance of the facilities and equipments).

- Work with Sales & Marketing team in South America to review the sales plan by SKU and country;- Consolidate sales forecast and work with production and supply planning teams;- No/Slow moving inventory management, in order to minimize the risk of obsolescence, defining, when necessary, action plans with operations, sales and/or with other plants;- Available to promise review (product availability in short term to support the expected demand);- Key performance indicators management- Prepare and facilitate S&OP meeting;- Control the inventory of raw material for production and purchase requisitions.
