- Developed a pollutant emission inventory methodology for urban and intercity buses in the Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Region (RMRJ) using Business Intelligence (Power BI). This involved aggregating data from various sources and creating a unified process. The project was published as a scientific paper at Brazil's largest Transportation Engineering conference.- Created a web scraping script in Python to collect data on routes, trips, bus stops, and mileage from MOOVIT for bus lines in Petrópolis and Niterói.- Developed a Python script to gather bus stop coordinates using the Google Geocode API and plotted the geometries on a heat map in Power BI.- Designed a driver utilisation factor calculator (a transport engineering indicator) using Python (pandas and numpy), leveraging data from the electronic ticketing system of Rio de Janeiro state.- Contributed to the development of anti-fraud routines and dashboards, which resulted in the deactivation of over 500 fraudulent electronic ticket validators, leading to monthly savings of BRL 4.4 million in urban buses and BRL 1.9 million in municipal and intermunicipal vans. Technologies used include Python (pandas, numpy, plotly, matplotlib, and seaborn), SQL, VBA, Power BI, and Qlik.- Calculated 68 technical bus fares for more than 10 cities and public bus transport systems in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Automated fare spreadsheets with VBA and simplified the data analysis process preceding bus fare calculation using Python.- Developed two bus fare simulators using Excel and VBA.

- Worked on the development of dashboards in Power BI and Qlik View, being responsible for creating and maintaining the company's official statistical dashboard, which includes the main data and indicators of public bus transportation in Rio de Janeiro.- Contributed to the creation of the first version of the Supply and Demand APP (using Power BI and PostgreSQL), a product that enables bus companies in the state of Rio de Janeiro to monitor passenger demand, operational costs, and active fleet in real-time.- Planned and executed various internal projects involving the creation, manipulation, and analysis of transactions and revenue data (from RioCard's electronic ticketing system) using Python, VBA, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.- Developed a web scraping routine in Python to analyse the sale and rental of Transportation Voucher cards on e-commerce platforms, which is considered Fraud.- Conducted storytelling with data from general indicators of the public bus transportation system (such as IPK, Average Fare, Revenue per Bus, Hours Worked, Active Fleet, PMM, etc.).- Assisted various company departments with databases, analyses, dashboards, and ETL processes to attract new passengers and increase the use of the RioCard.- Responsible for monitoring and generating data on: passengers, free fares, fleets, mileage, trips, revenues, subsidies, supplies, integrations, transfers, bus lines, fares, costs, and transport indicators (IPK, PMM, etc.) using Python, Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Qlik, and Power BI.- Responsible for coordinating the cataloguing, cleaning, and processing of data, ETLs, and standardisation of transactional databases for senior citizens' free fares to comply with Constitutional Amendment 123 of 2022. This amendment provided funding for public transport for people over 65, and to ensure that the allocated funds were available, the data had to fully comply with the model stipulated by the public authorities. (This project used SQL, Excel, and VBA).

- Worked on data visualisation related to the decline in public bus passengers caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, reporting graphs and analyses to public authorities, the press, and partners using Excel, Power BI, and Qlik.- Managed and optimised the main dashboards used by the Urban Mobility Department in Qlik View and Qlik Sense. Contributed to the creation of the first dashboards for the Urban Mobility Department in Power BI (covering Free Fare Data, and the Monthly Operations Bulletin).- Developed scripts in VBA to perform ETL on a range of operational files (Passengers, Fleet, Revenue, Inputs, Mileage, Fares, and Free Fares) from 8 bus companies, in order to standardise, clean, and unify the data. This supported COPPE-UFRJ in a fare calculation project for the municipalities of Duque de Caxias and Magé (technical partnership).- Participated in the maintenance of bus routes and stop locations (PEDs) in the Baixada Fluminense region using Geoprocessing.- Assisted the team's statisticians in combating fraud in validators by developing algorithms and daily routines.- Forecasted passenger demand, free fares, and fleet requirements, playing a direct role in the company’s strategic planning with data analysis.
