I joined the software development team on a ongoing project that aimed to release an upgrade on the current version of a system that would communicate with an interlocking used on railroads.In that way, I was directly responsible for understand, implement and test the driver's protocol that would be used to communicate with the interlocking.During and after this initial project I've constantly interacted with stakeholders to understand some business rules that would impact the software development and to get a big picture of the system we were maintaining. I also have interacted with colleagues to share and aquire knowledge and to clarify any doubts.

As a Udacity Code Reviewer, I review student project submissions, striving to give actionable and helpful feedback, and also improving my code reviewing skills to give students a personalized feedback.In this job, what makes me more excited is the opportunity to help other people to improve their own knowledge. When I see the improvement of the student through the reviews and through student's feedback it's really great and it motivates me to continue always improving my code reviewing skills.
