  This position is part of the Eastern Oregon regional service team. Responsibilities include analyzing injury trends and other data; targeting policyholders for receipt of workplace safety and health services; visit policyholders to evaluate loss control processes and exposures. Determine how to most effectively and efficiently deliver workplace safety and health services to a large number of accounts within service region. Use and implement behavior-based safety approach and a wide range of safety management programs to reduce injuries in the workplaces of the customers in the region. Develop and communicate detailed written reports and action plans to help policyholders control accidents and incidents. Work with policyholders to design, deliver, and facilitate workplace safety and health training in a wide variety of industries and work settings.
