From his first job as a janitor in high school to being a door-to-door salesman to stay debt free through college, Luke has learned how to work. Now in his 10th year with Newmark, having completed over a half billion in transaction dollar value, he attributes his success to that work ethic learned in his younger years. As a Principal and Executive Vice President of Sales, Luke specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and land properties. He has completed transactions with the some of the nation's largest real estate and industrial companies totaling over 20 million sq ft. Luke is passionate about his work and enjoys coming to the office every day where he makes a conscious goal to maximize his productivity and creativity through fun.
