My background in International Relations, Business Administration (University of La Verne, CA), and Agribusiness (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) has equipped me with analytical, strategic, and managerial skills that enable me to assess and respond to the local and global factors that affect the agribusiness sector. I´m a director administrative at Cerealista Fazenda Canaã, a company that produces and sells peanuts, corn, and soybeans in Brazil. In my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the production units, planning and executing the annual plantations and crops, managing the agricultural operations and the logistics and sale of the products to their final destination, developing and controlling the general budgets, and ensuring the optimal use of resources and assets. I also collaborate with EMBRAPA, the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, in a commercial partnership to process and market peanut seeds, which adds value to our products and increases our profitability. I am passionate about optimizing the performance and sustainability of the company, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance our processes and outcomes.
