With over 20 years of experience in project management, I am currently leading complex and multi-located projects at INVAP, a leading company in developing high-end technological systems in Nuclear, Aerospace, Defense, and Medical areas. I have a PM certification and an Industrial Engineering degree, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to deliver solutions that balance technical, financial, and human factors.In addition, I am passionate about understanding the WHYs behind every project and sharing a contagious vision with my teams and stakeholders. I have proven ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance in house technological developments, increase invoicement, foster long-term relationship with customers, and drive continuous improvement. I have also been mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams of professionals, enabling them to achieve the desired results and grow their potential. I am always eager to learn new things, face new challenges, and explore new opportunities either in this industry or transition my skills into new industries as well. I am also open to relocate internationally, as I have experience and language skills that facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
