I have the privilege of supporting and leading an amazing team of Agilists and Project/Program Mangers across Toyota Connected and Connected Technology division of Toyota Motors North America. Our team moves fast and adapt regularly to changes to help Toyota delivery world class cars and technology to our owners and guests. We currently support 35 global products and supporting platforms (Embedded Navigation, Safety Connect, Remote Start, Digital Key, One Toyota App, Toyota Virtual Assistant, etc..) as well as 18 enterprise programs and initiatives that span multiple global Toyota companies & regions, cross most of our product areas, connect in 30+ vendors and suppliers (Panasonic, Denso, Apple, Google, Amazon, etc. . ) and bridge our amazing products and services into production across our entire vehicle lineup at Toyota, Lexus, and beyond.

It is a privilege to serve as the head of the agile practice for Toyota Connected and Connected Technologies. My team of agilists are helping Toyota's teams define the future of mobility in the critical spaces of connected and intelligent vehicles, safety services, human to vehicle interaction, vehicle data processing, big data machine learning, and more.

Working with executive leadership to define and setup division wide approach to agile product development for next generation vehicle development. Recruiting and leading agile services team in support of all of the product development teams.

One of only 70 Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) in the US, and only 350 around the world. Collaborating with Scrum co-founder Ken Schwaber and other PSTs to conduct state of the art Scrum training and improve the quality and effectiveness of Scrum training and certifications.

LitheWorks specializes in Scrum and agile training and coaching. We are passionate about improving employee engagement and helping organizations improve their ROI, project predictability, and reducing risk with all of their product development activities.

One of only 50 Professional Scrum Trainers (PST) in the US, and only 190 around the world, collaborating with Scrum co-founder Ken Schwaber and other PSTs to conduct Scrum training and improve the quality and effectiveness of Scrum training and certifications. Conducting public and private Professional Scrum Foundations, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Professional Agile Leadership, and Evidence Based Management courses to help companies, teams, and individuals increase the value, quality, and delivery time of software they build. Coaching organizations to help improve value delivery and team functioning and usage of scrum, as well as continuing to hone my scrum mastering skills by working with internal development teams.

Led division wide transition to Agile development, working with senior management and customers to update our organization, process, and tools. I also supported development efforts as Product Owner or Scrum Master, coaching agile teams, and mentoring new ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and Team Members in their respective roles. I also developed and provided training to my division of Boeing and other associated divisions.

Acted as sole company representative in state; responsible for improving all aspects of customer usage of over $300M worth of systems including system testing, maintenance, system deployments, system administration, user training, leadership training, tasking development, optimizing performance, optimizing usage, and identifying future improvements and capabilities.

Tech Lead and Manager for team of very talented software engineers working on automated control and testing of RF hardware components. Responsible for hiring, staff reviews, professional development, schedules, cost accounts, technical solutions, proposals, integration, and bug resolution.

Designed and implemented c++ and java code that automated control of a wide variety of RF Components in a large existing system. Tech and Schedule lead on development efforts. Designed user interfaces, and interfaced with customer.
