Hello everyone, my name is Lucas and I would like to share a little bit about my professional and personal life for those who are interested.I started my career in 2014, immersed in the dynamic aviation environment, working for a prestigious Swiss airport services company, where I performed crucial functions at Viracopos International Airport (VCP). This experience gave me a solid foundation in logistics and taught me the importance of organization and efficiency in a high-demand and high-pressure environment.I later had the unique opportunity to embark on an exciting journey with a cruise company, where I worked abroad for the first time. This experience not only broadened my professional horizons, but also enriched my personal life by connecting with people from different cultures and ideas, and exploring different countries around the world. This experience shaped my worldview and reinforced my commitment to adaptability and resilience.Upon returning to Brazil, I continued my airport career, taking on the role of Protection Officer. At the same time, I decided to invest in my academic education and enrolled in the Foreign Trade course at the Faculty of Technology (Fatec), where I recently graduated. I identified deeply with the institution and acquired knowledge in diverse areas that are equally relevant to both my personal and professional life.In 2022, I had my first contact with foreign trade itself, working as an import assistant at DB SCHENKER, an experience that was fundamental to my professional growth, providing me with valuable insights and strengthening my passion for foreign trade.Today, I work as an Administrative Analyst, focusing on foreign trade at Optibelt. I have been learning a lot from my supervisor, especially delving deeper into the area of foreign trade, as well as administration, finance and technology. The company has taught me the importance of assertive communication, teamwork, the importance of developing and executing procedures, as well as how crucial innovation and active improvement are for both employees, procedures and the company itself. Innovation and continuous improvement are philosophies that I have carried with me in my personal and professional life for many years and that have always proven to be important, but at Optibelt I realize how crucial these philosophies are for the health and development of the company.
