I worked extensively with Ruby on Rails and React in two key projects: Automations and Email Dispatch Improvements. The Automations project involved creating automated workflows to streamline operations and save user time, showcasing our commitment to enhancing efficiency. In the Email Dispatch Improvements project, we focused on refining the platform's email sending features by fixing bugs and introducing new functionalities, thereby improving user experience and reliability.Beyond these main projects, my contributions extended to various aspects of our platform, including bug fixes, public API enhancements, maintenance of legacy PHP code, improvements to our Chrome extension for WhatsApp, and providing technical support to the CS team.My role also allowed me to gain valuable exposure to AWS services, such as SNS and SQS, for scalable messaging and queuing. I also worked with key development tools including Grafana for monitoring, Sentry for error tracking, Metabase for data analysis, and Jira for project management, which collectively broadened my technical skills and understanding of modern software development practices.
