As the External Relations Coordinator I provide key administrative and operational support to the External Relations Leadership Team (ERLT). In this role, I assist in the coordination of donor, parent, alumni, employee, and vendor engagement initiatives.

As the Business Office Coordinator for Atlanta International School I execute payment of all vendors, collect tuition from families and assist with organization of multiple community facing endeavors on campus.

As a member of the Chick-fil-A Training Development Program, I influence Chick-fil-A Operators, restaurant leaders, and staff through training and facilitating programs and events. I also collaborate with many internal partners in various departments to help plan, prepare, and deliver this professional training nationwide.

As the Director of Guest Experience I focus on creating remarkable dining experiences by way of achieving superior taste, speed, cleanliness, accuracy and friendliness within the restaurant.

In the Drive Thru Director role I was constantly pushing the pace of the drive thru and demanding the highest quality out of the kitchen. Staying continuously innovative was both the most exciting and challenging part of my position at Chick-fil-a.

Perform all aspects of candidate generation for the Small Business Talent Acquisition Team as well as the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. Work with the recruiters to develop sourcing strategy for 30+ markets each month. Source candidates on 5+ job boards and actively network for passive candidates using multiple sources. Drive email campaigns to a target candidate pool. Research market specific options for difficult to fill markets. Attend all manager & team calls to stay abreast on market progress. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with the administration piece of the hiring process. Responsible for research and development of best practices regarding employment branding, and managing external marketing communications via social media and all job postings.
