I was the engineering manager of the Dynamic Offers squad, where we leveraged machine learning to improve the LTV of the integrated games.

+I worked on the backend team. Most of my time on this role was spent building a platform from scratch that allows Data Scientists to build and deploy machine learning models to production.

+ Modernized the technology team, bringing OKRs and product people, helping the team become more capable of delivering business results. + Worked on optimizing the hiring funnel and hired a lot of really talented software engineers. + Worked on the PDV Platform: the Java platform that helps Beblue expansion on supermarkets. + Worked on the backoffice toolset optimizing work where results were more significant.

+ Developed one of the microservices of the new platform that managed permissions using a LDAP database behind. + Organized the development team using Scrum and Jira and automated Jira based on the new development process.

+ Led a innovation cell from inside Movile. The position was similar to a startup CEO role and involved business, product and technology. We worked on a Chat Bot developed in node.js. The bot was the first brazilian bot to be approved on Facebook Messenger.

+ Led the IT BR Team, responsible for implementing mobile and SMS products for carriers and SMS solutions for messaging and payment. The technology the teams used was iOS, Android, Xamarin, Java, Spring and some Rails and PHP. The team had 40 engineers in its composition.

+ Worked on Claro Disney Gogos as the Lead & Unity programmer of the project.
